Community Mourns Realtor Shot in S. Fla.

On Dec 23, a Coral Springs agent was killed inside her vehicle near a home she was showing. The killer, a former tenant, allegedly mistook her for the landlord.

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – A Florida genuine estate agent was shot and killed outside a house she was demonstrating in Coral Springs, Fla. Allegedly, a former tenant mistook her for the building’s landlord, according to experiences from neighbors.

All around 12:30 p.m. on Dec. 23, Sara-Michelle Trost, proprietor and broker of 1% Lists SoFlo, was sitting down in the driver’s seat of her Jeep in the driveway of a residence she was displaying when she was shot numerous instances.
