NAR Launches an Alliance for Property Owners

The alliance operates independently as “the new amplified voice of practically 79 million house proprietors throughout the region who want a say in Washington on essential problems.”

WASHINGTON – The National Association of Realtors® (NAR) released the American Assets Proprietors Alliance, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that will advocate for millions of residence entrepreneurs across the region on federal legislation, procedures and regulations that influence ownership.

“The Alliance is the new amplified voice of nearly 79 million property homeowners across the place who want a say in Washington on important difficulties,” suggests Kevin Sears, director and treasurer of the APOA. “We’re a various group that is all set to be a power in Washington.”

NAR mainly funds the alliance, but it will function independently with its own board of administrators and separate bylaws.
