RICS to release Levitt findings tomorrow | Online

The report will be posted at noon on Thursday 9 September. 

The conference will be led by Nick Maclean, chair of Governing Council steering team for the assessment, and Alison Levitt QC, the author of the report.  

The report was commissioned to concentration on the dismissal of 4 directors in November 2019 just after they lifted the alarm about the conclusions of a 2018 BDO monetary audit. 

Last thirty day period, Steve Williams, a single of the non-govt administrators allegedly ousted for increasing the alarm about a financial audit, termed on the human body to publish the conclusions of the independent overview.

In an open letter to the RICS Governing Council’s Levitt evaluation steering committee, shared with Home Week, Williams wrote: “Redacting or tempering the report’s results to defend any of us who could have arrive in for criticism (which include, for all we know, the four of us who had been terminated) will only exacerbate the damage completed.”
